1. Return process:
First of all, the customer needs to submit the return and exchange application. If the application is approved, there are two ways to choose. 2. Commodity return and exchange cycle:
- Return and exchange review cycle: submit the application before the morning of 5:00 pm, reply on the same day, reply from 5 pm to 9 pm to submit the application before 12 o’clock.
- Return and exchange processing period: After the application for return and exchange is approved, it will be processed within about one week.
3. Commodity return address:
After submitting and applying for the return of the goods, the page will prompt you the return address and contact information of the goods. Please follow the instructions on the page to send the goods back. You need to fill in your return mail number in the return details for the warehouse staff. Handle your return application as soon as possible.
4. Return and exchange notices
- The replacement can only be replaced with the original goods in the order. If the order is wrong, please return the goods directly.
- The goods in the gift bag or suit cannot be partially returned, and the main goods with the bound gifts should be returned together with the gifts.
- If you need to inspect the reported goods, you will also need to provide an inspection report.
- Assure you that the goods sold are all high-quality products, and the machine is invoiced and sent with the goods; in order to enjoy the normal warranty of the goods, we recommend that you invoice the goods as a product detail.
- Pictures and information are for reference only and are not quality issues. Due to problems such as shooting lights and chromatic aberration of different monitors, there may be a difference between the product image and the actual product, and everything is subject to the actual product.
- Due to the user’s technical level, the use of environmental restrictions caused by false positives and the actual situation does not match your description, we will not accept, the freight returned by the original address is borne by you.
